The short version: We don't store your files. Period.

What We Collect

For anonymous users: Nothing. Tools that run client-side (merge, split, compress, rotate, sign, etc.) never send your files to any server. Your documents stay entirely in your browser.

For registered users: We store your email, name (if provided), and conversion history metadata (tool used, file size, processing time, status). We NEVER store the actual PDF files.

For server-side conversions: Files are temporarily processed in memory and immediately deleted. We do not retain copies.

What We NEVER Collect

  • Your PDF files or document contents
  • Credit card numbers (processed by Stripe)
  • Passwords (stored as hashes, never plaintext)

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase) and preferences (theme). No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics that track you across sites.

Third Parties

  • Supabase: Database hosting (user accounts, audit metadata)
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • CloudConvert: Optional fallback for heavy conversions
